WebsiteOS is a trading name of DemandOS Ltd, company 17351268, registered at 26 North Parade, York YO30 7AB. We are the data controller for the information described here.
We contact UK businesses about their websites. Business contact details are taken from public sources: a company’s own website, its Google Business listing, and the Companies House register. We only email registered companies and limited liability partnerships, not sole traders or individuals.
A business name, a business email address, a business phone number, a website address, a town, and any notes we made about that website. If you ask us to build you a design, we also hold what you tell us: a first name, and a WhatsApp number if you give us one.
If you ask us to stop, we keep only your email address on a suppression list so that we do not contact you again. Everything else is deleted. If we never hear from you, the record is deleted within twelve months.
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email ashley@getwebsiteos.com and we will act within thirty days. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
