These terms apply to websites supplied by DemandOS Ltd trading as WebsiteOS, company 17351268.
We build a design before you have paid us anything. You are under no obligation to buy it, and we will not invoice you for it.
£299 to put the site live, and £49 a month afterwards. The monthly fee covers hosting, your domain, changes you ask for, and support.
There is no minimum term. Tell us at any time and we will stop billing at the end of that month. Your domain and your content are yours; we will transfer them to you or to whoever you choose.
Photographs, text and logos you supply remain yours. You confirm you have the right to use them. We will not use photographs of another business’s work on your site.
Once you have paid to go live, the site is yours to keep, move or change.
Any example shown on this website that is described as a demonstration is built for a company we invented, and is not a real business or a real customer.
We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise our liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the previous twelve months.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
