Plain English, and short on purpose.

The demonstration

We build it free and there is no obligation to buy. It is private, it is not published, and your existing website is never altered. If you do not want it, tell us and we delete it.

What you pay

£299 to launch, then £49 a month covering hosting, security, backups, two small content changes per calendar month, and a monthly performance report. New pages, functionality, online payments and design changes are quoted separately. The monthly runs until you cancel, with no minimum term.

Who owns what

You own your domain, your business data, your content and the photographs and logo you supply or approve. DemandOS Ltd owns the underlying WebsiteOS platform, its components and the build system used to deliver your site. If you leave, we give you an export of your content and help you move your domain; the platform itself stays ours.

Your material

You confirm you have the right to use the logo, photographs and text you ask us to publish. If anything is not yours to use, tell us and we will take it off.

What we promise, and what we do not

We promise the site will be built as shown, launched within 48 hours of payment and kept online and maintained. We do not promise a particular number of enquiries, sales or search rankings. Any figures we show you about search demand are measured third-party data, and any figure about likely enquiries is a labelled estimate based on published industry conversion rates, not a guarantee.
